Tiva had a growing reputation through word-of-mouth and Instagram, but no proper website. Potential customers were DMing on Instagram just to ask about pricing and availability.
The owner needed a site that does three things well: show off the quality of their work, make it obvious what services they offer and at what price point, and let people book an appointment without picking up the phone. The site also had to rank locally — when someone in the area Googles 'avtokozmetika', Tiva should show up.
